These terms apply to all purchases made through the Layer Kind Creations website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is taken securely via Stripe. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.
Many of our products are printed to order. Production and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
We do not accept general returns. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
